The Robinson Rancheria citizens business council shall appoint a three-member committee from the tribal council. The committee shall serve for a period of two years, but members may be reappointed upon the expiration of their term. One member shall be designated as chairman and the remaining two as committee members.

The tribal authority shall be directly responsible to the citizens business council and shall dispense information regarding eligibility requirements and the enrollment process, distribute and receive applications for enrollment, acknowledge receipt of applications and request additional information or documentation from applicants if necessary and review applications and make its recommendation for approval or disapproval to the citizens business council.
