Any member may relinquish his membership with the Robinson Rancheria by submitting to the citizens business council a completed and signed relinquishment form properly notarized. However, if the relinquishment is for the purpose of enrollment with another tribe, the relinquishment of membership with the Robinson Rancheria may be contingent upon his or her being accepted for membership in the other tribe. A person who relinquishes his membership shall not be entitled to any individual or tribal benefits accruing to members of the Robinson Rancheria. [Ord. 1 § 12, 1985.]
