(1) Qualifications of Candidacy. A candidate for the position of chairperson, vice-chairperson, secretary-treasurer, or member-at-large must be a qualified voter of the Robinson Rancheria, 18 years of age or older, and a resident of the state of California for at least one year.

(2) No person who has been convicted of a felony or who, within the last year proceding the election, has been convicted of a crime involving dishonesty shall be eligible to hold office on the citizens business council. [Res. 1-18-86-B Art. IV, 1986.]
