Any office which has been vacated whether it be by removal, recall, or forfeiture shall be filled by appointment of the business council at its next meeting and such replacement shall serve the unexpired term of office. The business council shall not reappoint any person to a position on the business council, who has been removed from office in accordance with the provisions of RRTC 1.10.110. [Res. 1-18-86-B Art.
