Any tribal council member or business council member may propose amendments to this chapter. Proposed amendments shall be submitted in writing to the business council for adoption or rejection. If the proposed amendment is adopted by the business council, the business council shall submit the amendment to the tribal council for final adoption, or rejection. [Res. 1-18-86-B Art. XIV, 1986.]
