3.10.060 Preference.
This section is included in your selections.
(1) In granting assignments preference shall be given to otherwise eligible applicants as follows:
(a) Elderly applicants, 55 years or older.
(b) Handicapped applicants.
(c) Heads of families with dependents.
(d) Married applicants.
(e) Single applicants.
(2) An applicant without land shall be given preference over applicants owning lands.
(3) An otherwise eligible applicant owning personal property as defined in RRTC 3.10.070 on tribal land shall be given preference in relation to assignment of said land.
(4) This section shall not apply to reassignment of land in accordance with the directive of a deceased prior assignee of the same assignment pursuant to RRTC 3.10.030(2). [Ord. 4 Art. VII.]
