No license shall be issued to a restaurant (food and/or beverage) or food and beverage business until an Indian Public Health Certificate, or, in the absence thereof, a County Public Health Inspection Certificate for the restaurant has been filed with the secretary/treasurer.

Only one Public Health Certificate per calendar year shall be required for each restaurant or food and beverage business, except in the case of a transfer of a business from one person to another within the calendar year. In that case a new application must be filed and a new license issued to the new owner. New ownership will be required to meet all requirements of this chapter and applicable transfer fees shall apply. [Ord. 05-31-2018-A § 2(4.01.160), 2018.]
