Any license issued under the provisions of this chapter may be revoked by the secretary upon the failure of the licensee to pay the charges imposed by this chapter or to file statements as required by this chapter within 30 days after such charges or statements become delinquent, or for any material misstatement made by applicant in applying for the license.
