Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter who knowingly or intentionally misrepresents to any officer or employee of the tribe any material fact in procuring, or attempting to procure, a business license pursuant to this chapter shall be subjected to an immediate revocation of his/her business license and shall be prohibited from transacting any further business on the reservation without the issuance of a new license approved by a majority vote of the business council.
