5.05.290 Posting of business license.
This section is included in your selections.
All licenses must be kept on the premises of the business and posted in the following manner:
(1) Any licensee transacting and carrying on any business at a fixed place of business on the reservation shall keep the license posted in a conspicuous place upon the premises where such business is carried on.
(2) Any licensee transacting and carrying on business on the reservation at any place other than a fixed place of business on the reservation shall keep the license upon his person at all times while transacting and carrying on such business. [Ord. 05-31-2018-A § 2(4.01.290), 2018.]
