It shall be unlawful to buy, sell, give away, consume, furnish, or possess any liquor or beer or product containing alcohol for ingestion by human beings, or to appear or be found in a place where liquor or beer are sold and/or consumed except as allowed by this chapter and regulations promulgated thereunder.
