Any person who commits any act, or omits the performance of any duty, which act or omission causes or tends to cause, encourage, allow, entice, persuade, induce or permit the delinquency of any minor under the age of 18 is in violation of this section. [Ord. 12-15-2021A § 5.4, 2021.]
