A person commits the violation of keeping of impermissible animals if he or she keeps or possesses any animal other than a domestic dog or cat, or a pet that reasonably can be, and is, kept in a cage, aquarium or atrium within the reservation, unless the keeping of such animal is specifically authorized in writing by the tribal government and kept in accordance with such special permission.

A person may be cited separately for each day the person commits a violation under this section. [Ord. 12-15-2021A § 8.16, 2021.]
