7.45.060 Penalties.
This section is included in your selections.
Any person who has been determined to have committed a violation under this title shall be subject to the following sanctions per violation as determined by the tribal court, which shall have the discretion to make such determinations:
(1) Community service; and/or
(2) A fine up to $5,000; and/or
(3) Property forfeiture; and/or
(4) Restitution; and/or
(5) Exclusion from the reservation or parts thereof either temporarily or permanently. [Ord. 12-15-2021A § 9.6, 2021.]
