Except for individuals listed on the base roll, individuals who desire enrollment and believe they meet the requirements for enrollment must file an application for enrollment. Applications may be submitted on behalf of an individual by a sponsor. Applications shall be requested from base enrollees for information purposes only. Application forms prescribed by the tribe shall be furnished by the tribal authority upon written or oral request.

Applications may be filed with the tribal authority at any time. However, in order to be considered by the citizens business council at a quarterly meeting, they must be received at or prior to the previous quarterly meeting of the citizens business council. [Ord. 1 § 5, 1985.]
