(1) No portion of this chapter shall be construed in such a manner so as to lessen the authority and power of the Constitution of the Robinson Rancheria.

(2) In the event that a conflict between this chapter and the Constitution of the Robinson Rancheria occurs the Constitution shall supersede that provision of this chapter where the conflict occurs. [Res. 1-18-86-B Art. XV, 1986.]
