It is the purpose of the Robinson Rancheria land assignment ordinance to establish policy and procedures governing the assignment of tribal land to individual tribal members so as to conserve, protect and develop tribal lands and resources in such a way so as to promote and otherwise safeguard the interests of the tribe.
