Upon the filing of an application together with such other information as the secretary deems necessary, and upon payment of the prescribed business license fee, the secretary shall issue a business license to the person applying for the same. The license shall be in the form approved by business council and must contain the licensee’s name, the business name, the type of business, the location of business, and commencement and expiration dates of the license.
