A person who has been allotted on another reservation or is officially enrolled with or is a recognized member of some other tribe or band shall not be enrolled. A “recognized member of another tribe or rancheria” is a person whose name is listed on the membership roll of another tribe or rancheria or has received land use assignment on another reservation.
