A candidate for the position of Chairperson or Vice-Chairperson and Secretary-Treasurer must be a qualified voter of the Robinson Rancheria, eighteen (18) years of age or older. No person who has been convicted of a felony within the last year preceding the election or who has been convicted of a crime involving dishonesty within the last year preceding the election shall be eligible to hold office on the Citizens Business Council.
