There is established for the tribe, a court to be known as the Robinson Rancheria tribal court. The tribal court shall be empowered to exercise the judicial authority of the tribe as delegated herein and shall consist of two divisions, the trial court and the court of appeals.

(1) The court of appeals shall consist of three judges, none of whom handled the matter at the trial court level.

(2) The trial court shall consist of one chief judge and such associate judges as the business council may appoint. The tribal court is empowered to create such specialized divisions as necessary to hear matters as defined in the tribe’s ordinances. [Ord. 2009-06-03 § 3(9.5.020), 2009.]
