The Robinson Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians of California is a federally recognized Indian tribe exercising inherent sovereignty and jurisdiction over the lands of Robinson Rancheria, finds that affordable, safe, and sanitary housing is a fundamental interest of tribal members and their families, that there exists a need on Robinson Rancheria for such housing.
