Business site leases shall contain adequate site surveys and legal descriptions based on metes and bounds, rectangular or lot and block systems. Space leases shall contain adequate descriptions of the location and square footage of the space being leased and may include renderings, architectural drawings or other schematics to illustrate the location of the space.
