(1) A lessee shall provide insurance necessary to protect the interests of the tribe or sublessee in amounts sufficient to protect all insurable improvements on the premises.

(2) The insurance may include but is not limited to, property, liability or casualty insurance or other insurance as specified in the business site lease.

(3) The tribe and the United States must be identified as additional insured parties.

(4) The department may waive this requirement if the waiver is in the best interest of the tribe. The waiver may be revoked at any time if the waiver ceases to be in the best interest of the tribe. [Ord. 05-31-2018-B § 2(22.03.090), 2018.]
