The lessee or interested party may appeal a determination of the department, within 10 days of the determination. Appeals may be filed with the business council or other hearing body as set forth in the business site lease management plan or policy. Such appeals shall be effectuated by: a written notice setting forth the basis for the appeal; a short statement indicating the nature and circumstances of the appeal; and a short statement indicating the remedy being sought.
