This chapter shall be known as the Robinson Rancheria liquor and beer ordinance (“ordinance”). This law is enacted to regulate the sale and distribution of liquor and beer products on all properties under the jurisdiction of the Robinson Rancheria. [Ord. Liquor and Beer Ordinance § 1.]
