Alcoholic beverages which are possessed contrary to the terms of this chapter are declared to be contraband. Any tribal agent, employee, or officer who is authorized by the commission to enforce this section shall have the authority to, and shall seize, all contraband. [Ord. Liquor and Beer Ordinance § 310.]
