(1) Escape or aiding escape by any person who, being in lawful custody for any violation, who escapes or attempts to escape from lawful custody is in violation of this section.

(2) Any person who assists or aids a person to escape or attempt to escape is in violation of this section.

(3) Any person who purposely hides, conceals, or gives misinformation as to a fugitive’s whereabouts when a warrant for arrest has been issued or officers are in pursuit of such fugitive shall be deemed to be in violation of this section.

(4) A person who knowingly harbors a person on the reservation who has been excluded from the reservation shall be in violation of this section. [Ord. 12-15-2021A § 3.9, 2021.]
