Any person, in any affidavit or testimony, taken before any person authorized to administer oaths, swear, affirms, declares, deposes, or certifies before any competent tribunal, including the tribal court, an officer, or person in any case or matter, regarding any fact and in such affidavit, or testimony states any material which the person knows to be false is in violation of this section.
