Any persons who steal, embezzle, alter, corrupt, withdraw, falsify, or void any record, process, charter, gift, grant, convey, bond or contract, issue, forfeited recognizance or other forfeiture, or shall forge, deface, or falsify any document or instrument recorded, or any registry, acknowledgement, or certificate, or who alter, deface, or falsify any minute, document, book, or proceeding whatever, of or belonging to any tribal office located within the reservation shall be deemed guilty of this section.
