8.75.070 Youth helmets.

A person shall not operate or ride upon as a passenger, a bicycle, a nonmotorized scooter, a skateboard, nor in-line or roller skates, upon any highway or area designated for riding, unless wearing a helmet.
Commentary: This provision is generally based on California Vehicle Code Section 21212. If there is any conflict between this provision and the California Vehicle Code, this code shall supersede the California Vehicle Code.
