(1) The Robinson Rancheria housing commission (commission) is hereby created. The commission will be governed and directed by the housing commissioners consisting of five members, one of which shall be a business council member, and will be administered by a tribal housing director, finance officer, and such other professionals.

(2) The commission shall have all the rights and powers provided under tribal law, NAHASDA, and other applicable rules and regulations. [Ord. 15-02 § 4, 2015.]
