Upon approval of an application, the commission shall issue the applicant a liquor and/or beer outlet license, valid for one year from the date of issuance, which shall entitle the licensee to establish and maintain only the type of outlet being permitted. This license shall not be transferrable. The licensee must properly and publicly display the license in the place of business. It shall be renewable at the discretion of the commission by the submission of the licensee of a subsequent application form and payment of application fee as provided in RRTC 5.15.080(4). [Ord.
