Anyone who shall place any garbage, refuse, ashes, junk, glass, bottles, tin cans, or any other form of litter or debris on or near any public road, or upon any other public grounds or in or around any public waters of the reservation is in violation of this section. [Ord. 12-15-2021A § 6.6, 2021.]
