Any person who dumps or leaves trash or garbage on any tribal property or anywhere within the reservation is in violation of this section; provided, that nothing herein shall be construed as affecting authorized collections and dumping of such trash or garbage. [Ord. 12-15-2021A § 6.11, 2021.]
