Any person who willfully cuts, breaks, stretches, pries open, destroys, or otherwise injures the fence of another, or who willfully digs or excavates under such fence, or opens a closed gate and leaves such gate open is in violation of this section. [Ord. 12-15-2021A § 6.12, 2021.]
