(1) Any person who willfully lends his or her identification card to any person under the age of 21 years to attempt to purchase or purchase alcohol is in violation of this section.

(2) Any person under the age of 21 years who unlawfully misrepresents his or her age for the purpose of purchasing or attempting to purchase alcohol is in violation of this section. [Ord. 12-15-2021A § 8.8, 2021.]
