7.40.090 Carrying a concealed weapon within a vehicle or on person.

A person is in violation of this section if she or he is carrying a concealed firearm when he or she does any of the following:
(1) Carries concealed within any vehicle which is under the person’s control or direction any firearm.
(2) Carries concealed upon his or her person any firearm capable of being concealed upon the person.
(3) Causes to be carried concealed within any vehicle in which he or she is an occupant any firearm. [Ord. 12-15-2021A § 8.9, 2021.]
