(1) A person is guilty of the violation of possessing a loaded firearm in public when he or she carries or stores a firearm along with ammunition, whether or not the ammunition is loaded in the firearm, anywhere on his or her person or in a vehicle while in any public place within the reservation.

(2) A person is in violation of this section when ammunition and firearms are stored in the same compartment, such as the same trunk or glove compartment, or both are within the immediate possession of a person or accessible in the cabin of a vehicle. [Ord. 12-15-2021A § 8.10, 2021.]
