7.30.130 Unauthorized use and injury of property.
This section is included in your selections.
(1) Any person who without proper authority uses, injures, or misuses any public, tribal, or private property is in violation of this section.
(2) Any unauthorized person who squats or otherwise occupies, inhabits, or possesses property is in violation of this section.
(3) Any unauthorized use of property for illegal cultivation of cannabis or any controlled substance is in violation of this section. [Ord. 12-15-2021A § 6.13, 2021.]
